◆If possible, your age?
You're going to keep asking until I tell, aren't you!

◆When did you start drawing?
I think I've been drawing my whole life really. But if we're talking about serious drawing, then around ten. I think.

◆Which hand do you use for drawing?
Right hand. I'm a righty.

◆Which is easier to draw - male or female?
Females. Their easier for me to draw and to think of drawings for. Maybe its because I’m female, but the anatomy is easier for me to understand and draw. I can draw males okayish, but it's still harder for me.

◆Which is easier to draw - long hair or short hair?
I'm not sure I have trouble with one over the other. But I enjoy drawing long hair more the short. Especially if it's waving or blowing in the wind. It's so much fun

◆Is it easier to draw the head facing towards the right or the left?
I think they're the same. But I draw people facing to the left more naturally then facing towards the right.

◆Is it easier to draw the side view of the face or the front view?
I don’t think either one is easier. The front view might be a little easier then the side. It's a little harder to figure out the nose and forehead in a side view. Other then that I don’t notice much difference.

◆What do you have problems in drawing?
Backgrounds and different themes. As someone once mentioned to me, many of my drawings are cutesy or romanticized.
I should try to draw something creepy. >.>

◆What do you like to draw?
I really enjoy doing Spiral fanart. But really just anything that seems fun. Things in pencil or simple sketches are fun to draw and look at. ^^

◆Are you a traditional artist or a digital artist?
Traditional Artist. The only digital program I have is Microsoft Paint and I'm not that skilled with the mouse.

◆Where do you start drawing from?
A sketch. I try to sketch out the head and body and such and then start doing more serious work.

◆What is your drawing habit that you are aware of?
I sometimes talk to myself. >.> I’ll also define unnecessary things in the drawing.

◆What do you keep in mind when you do lineart?
Where the wet lines are and to turn the paper as I ink it. There's always a bunch of lines I can't curve well unless the picture is upside down. Such as the left side of the hair or an arm. Also, to wait 15-20 minutes before erasing stuff. (just to be safe...)

◆Any tips for coloring/shading?
Don’t be afraid to use colors other then the color your using. Like just because a shirt is red, don’t be afraid to use blue or purple to make the shadows. I have a bad habit of abusing my purples when it comes the shading almost any color. Also, don’t forget a light source or you won’t even know where your shadows belong.
When I'm still drawing or right before I color it (after I've inked it), I'll sometimes lightly sketch out where the shadows could be. Making a rough sketch for a reference sometimes works too.

◆How long does it take to finish a piece of art?
Depends. Some only take a day or two, others may take over a week and some I'll procrastinate on and take a month or more to finish. But on average maybe half a week. If it’s complicated, a week or so.

◆What music do you listen to while you draw?
I don't really care what I listen to. It's usually the radio and the station I'm currently on plays the greatest hits of the 80s, 90s and today.

◆How long does it take you to come up with an idea?
Again, it depends. Some ideas come easily and others are harder to get out of my head. On that note, I have a large folder full of half done sketches and doodles. (I should work on some of those)

◆Your favorite drawing utensils?
.5 to .7 pencils, prismacolor pencils, watercolor pencils, charcoal pencils, and pens. I use to use a calligraphy ink pen for lineart, but I can't find any more ink. So I use a pen now.

◆Your favorite color/the color that you use a lot?
My favorite color is red and blue but the color I use a lot is purple. It's my main choice for doing shadows. Seriously, I've been thinking about it and I can't seem to do a drawing without using purple.

◆Your favorite style(s)?
Anime/manga and realistic. One thing I really like to see is my favorite (or not so favorite) anime and manga characters drawn realisticly. Two good things in one.

◆Are you satisfied with your current art?
More or less. There’s still a lot I need to learn so I suppose not.

◆What kind of artist are you aiming for?
the best Artist I can be.
