I decided to enter this into 's Perfect copules contest. Of course I would enter a AyumuxHiyono drawing. If I draw another entry, it will probably be them as well.

Looking at this, I get the thought that Ayumu was having a bad day, that kind where everything goes wrong and the world seems out to make your life hell. So Hiyono, not wanting his whole day to be bad, tries to cheer him up. She probably made it worse before he finally just let it be.

It sounds like that should be a story rather then a picture.

So... I was searching for some stock photos when I came across two different tutorials; a kiss tutorial and a hands while kissing tutorial.

......

Using the tutorials for reference, I drew this. I'm sure there's lots of mistakes. I realized recently that I haven't done a lot of side views. >.> I also haven't drawn a lot of scenes like this. I've drawn them kiss once... and it could have been better.

The coloring.... I'm pleased and worried all at once. I think the blending, shading and such is good. It's the colors themselves. I guess the greenish-blue of Ayumu's shirt isn't that bad. It complements the red in Hiyono's shirt. Though I was picturing more of a burgundy color for her.

I'm not sure about the shading on her shirt. It's a lot darker then I intended. It almost looks muddyish.

And recently, Hiyono's hair has been kind of difficult to color. I wonder what I'm doing wrong?

I'm pretty happy with the anatomy. (I think)

Oh well. I like and am happy with it. I'll just let it be.
